Conference fee
The conference fee is all inclusive! It includes the conference, the welcome package, an useful gadget, coffee breaks and lunches on Wednesday and Thursday, the icebreaker on Tuesday night, the conference dinner on Wednesday, breakfast on Wednesday and Thursday, and accommodation on Tuesday and Wednesday night at the Airone Hotel.
The field trip package includes dinner and accommodation on Thursday night with breakfast, bus, guided tour, and packed lunch on Friday.

Due to some specific requests, we included the option for staying on Thursday night without participating in the field trip:
The fee is not refundable! In case of cancellation due to Covid restrictions the participant will be automatically registered for the 2023 ERB conference. The registration can be transferred to a colleague from the same institution.
The registration is a two-step process:
1. Fill in the registration form, name it as "Surname_Name" and send it to to giulia.zuecco@unipd.it and ginevra.fabiani@list.lu
2. Pay through credit card following these instructions, selecting your fee according to the table above.
In case of double and triple room, attendees have to indicate the name and surname of the people who will share the room with in the registration form.
Registration deadline: May 2nd.
A payment certificate will be sent upon request.
IMPORTANT! The possible conference residuals plus personal donations anonymously collected during the conference will be given to the UN Crisis Relief Fund for Ukraine, and the participants will be notified of the total donated amount.
