Papers submission
The submission of full papers for the proceedings of IWMS26 will be opened at the end of January 2025 and the deadline for submission of full papers is 20 February 2025.
The submission of a full paper is mandatory and the provisional proceedings will be published at the time of the conference. Full papers must be between 5 and 9 pages in length and formatted according to Springer's instructions:

Final papers for the Provisional Proceedings, which will be published at the time of the conference, are due by 20 February 2025
Those wishing to publish in the Springer Proceedings in Materials series (https://www.springer.com/series/16157), which is indexed by Scopus, must submit a final paper (which may be the same as that presented at the conference) before the end of April 2025.

-Full papers should be between 5 and 9 pages (all inclusive, from title to references);
- Research papers should follow this structure: Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, References. For state-of-the-art and review papers, try to avoid an excessive number of sections and subsections;
- please avoid bold and italics in the text (except for headings); footnotes are not allowed.

You can upload your full paper for the IWMS26 by following this procedure:
- login to the EquinOCS system https://equinocs.springernature.com/service/iwms26;
- clicking on "your submissions" in the top left corner of your personal page;
- find your submission and click on "new version" to the right of the title;
- you can now edit your submission (authors, title, keywords);
- upload your Microsoft Word submission as a .zip file in accordance with Springer guidelines by clicking on "Browse" in the "Supplementary Archive" section;
- accept the terms and conditions and click on "Submit paper".
