The SCAR FOOD SYSTEMS SWG is organizing a workshop on Assessing digitalisation in Food Systems, which will take place on 25 November from 9.15 to 12.45 CET, online and kindly invites you to join the discussion.
In the light of rapid societal challenges, a need to create trust zones and effective communication between Food Systems, Digitalisation and Artificial Intelligence (AI) exists.
The Action 6 of the SCAR Food System Strategic Working Group is proposing the organization of a workshop in order to identify best practices and enabling technologies currently used in the FSs domain, and to discuss risks (the trade-offs, contradictions, conflicts and knowledge gaps) and the emerging value from Digitalisation and Artificial Intelligence addressing Food Systems.
